I had this system installed in me and my girlfriend restaurant. Because the workers were stealing money from the register. And we’re also charging the customers for their order. But was not ringing the order up. So after we installed the CCTV CAMERAS. This problem literally disappeared!!!! And the system has great features. And what I really like about it. Is that my girlfriend can see all activities in our restaurant. When she is not there. So this is a win, win. For both her and I. And the system is still working great!!!!! And to this day, the system is still working very very well. I would recommend this system to anyone looking for a very affordable and great security solution.

We have a six camera system that covers the entire exterior of our house and one interior. We love the quality of the picture and the quick connect to live viewing. We were in Arizona watching the hurricane storm on our cameras in Florida. Love this system. Two things I would like to see, ability to turn off/on a camera in the app. We don’t like the interior camera on when we are home but love it when we aren’t. Second, while reviewing past video is fairly easy jumping forward, the fast forward option is great. I love the system and highly recommend it. I’m even thinking of added two more cameras.

This app is loaded with fake reviews. Actually, I highly doubt this review will even get posted because it is not going to favor the developer. However, regardless if your NVR and iPhone/ipad is on the same network, you are required to go through a cloud service. In essence it is a relay system to communicate with your NVR. Why is this necessary if both devices are on the same network? If I use a web browser and connect directly to my NVR, no issues.

Second, who or what sees my password when connecting to the cloud service, is it encrypted and is it stored there too? Why are other vital information needed to even use this app?

Often times the app needs to be killed on my iPhone and restarted otherwise it hangs at 97% down loading. Mind you my network is a 10g back end so why does this happen?

For best practices, all of my cameras are isolated on a separate VPN and have no web access. They can only access my NVR. This is to prevent rogue camera software from reporting to some bad place which you can see it doing so on the network trace.

The app has a lot to be desired and the fake reviews of praise and customer service make you think that you are using the best software out there. Don’t be fooled, its a typical half baked product. Let’s see if this review is ever posted.
